Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Personal care products and other hygiene-sensitive items once opened.

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product received

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another approved payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product.
